NEW WRITING THEATRE

​She/her. Since working in casting, Zyrenka also finds the time to explore her other love for theatre directing. This stems from wanting to work further with actors outside the audition room. 

Initially, working closely with Womens Writes, a women's led company that explores the stories of women’s experiences, she has also directed her first full-length fringe piece in the South West fringe festival and has a number of projects currently in development. She is also part of Young Vic Creators Programme and RTYDS South West.

Believing that casting and directing go hand in hand, theatre directing builds her relationships with actors and strengthens her role as a casting director and vice versa.
